A home is a statement of wealth, of personal taste, or lack thereof and style, or lack thereof. We say that a home has the memories of everyone who lived and loved within the walls etched into its foundation. A home is where hopes and dreams are built and lived in. There are good neighborhoods and there are not so good neighborhoods. When you place a bunch of these homes into one general area, we call this a neighborhood. By today s standards, if a person can walk down the street at night in relative safety, we call this a good neighborhood. When you are describing one of the best Fort Bend County neighborhoods, you are really talking about quality of life.


But what makes one of the best Fort Bend County neighborhoods is so much more than simply walking down the street in relative safety. When a neighborhood can help push the quality of an individual s life forward and upward, then you literally end up with an intangible positive reaction throughout the entire neighborhood. When people know they are accepted and feel a sense of obligation and loyalty toward their neighborhood, then there is an automatic desire to continuously keep the neighborhood at its best.
